Initial Consultation
Our initial consultation is free of charge and is used to discuss your concerns. This information will help to determine the next course of action, which may include waiting for a skill to develop naturally over a given amount of time or proceed to a full evaluation. Consultations last about 15 minutes and are provided by phone or video conference.
Comprehensive Evaluation
Our evaluations take place in the least restrictive and natural environment (in home). They consist of a variety of data input that may include comprehensive case history, parental interview, oral motor examination, observation during play or communication attempts, speech-language sample and/or standardized testing. Although each case is different, evaluations take approximately one hour. Telehealth appointments may be available depending on concerns and child’s age. The results of the evaluation will determine length and frequency of sessions if deemed necessary.
Treatment
Individualized therapy sessions take place in your child’s least restrictive environment (at home, preschool, private school, daycare). Teletherapy sessions may be available. Every session is specifically tailored to your child’s interests and plan of care, utilizing evidence-based techniques through fun, interactive activities to improve areas of deficit.

Online teletherapy services are convenient and effective! No commute time necessary.
Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via check, cash, or credit card.
Due to the limitations established by health insurance agencies, we do not accept any. We run the practice with integrity and believe each child should be looked at as an individual and their specific needs examined without the restriction of qualifying data. We are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement. It is up to the family and highly recommended you communicate with your insurance company to determine reimbursement.
